How do we book our wedding?
Is travel included?
Travel within Germany is always included.
For weddings elsewhere in Europe, a tailored proposal is prepared individually.
To begin, simply fill out the contact form on my website and share a few details about your celebration. I personally review every inquiry and respond within 24–48 hours.
If your date is available, we’ll arrange a short call to connect, discuss your plans, and ensure we are the right fit for one another.
To officially secure your wedding date, a signed agreement and a 30% booking retainer are required.
Once confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively in my calendar. I intentionally accept a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every couple receives my full attention and care.

On average:
• Full-day weddings receive approximately 400+ edited images
• Intimate weddings receive approximately 300+ images
• Civil ceremonies receive approximately 200+ images

A curated preview is shared shortly after your wedding, so you can relive the first moments while everything still feels fresh.
The full gallery is delivered within 6–8 weeks during peak season.

Additional hours may be added depending on availability.
Every wedding timeline is discussed in advance to ensure your coverage feels calm, unrushed, and thoughtfully paced.
During peak season (May–September), weekend dates are prioritised for full-day weddings.
This allows me to dedicate the time and attention required to document a complete story from beginning to end.
Shorter celebrations are typically available on weekdays and selected dates outside peak season.
